Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Market Relevant Lab ("we") for using our guided tasks. By signing in, you agree to them and to our Privacy policy.

1. What we offer

Market Relevant Lab gives you guided tasks that help you achieve your goals at work or in school. Today it is free. We may add, change or remove tasks at any time.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email to yourself, because anyone who can open it can sign in as you. Use your own email and only one account. You must be 18 or older.

3. Your work belongs to you

What you type stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it back to you, only so the guided tasks can work. We use it in no other way, except in anonymous totals as the Privacy policy explains.

4. Using our guided tasks fairly

Please do not:

  • type or share anything you do not have the right to share, including other people's personal details;
  • try to open other learners' work, or get around an access code;
  • use automated tools to overload or copy the site;
  • share an access code you were given.

5. If you use our Capsim guided tasks

We are not part of Capsim, and Capsim has not approved us. Capsim, Capstone and CapsimGlobal are Capsim's names and products. You download Capsim's guides yourself, from your own course account, and you must follow Capsim's rules for them.

Check your course's rules on AI. Some courses limit or forbid using AI on graded work, or ask you to say when you have. We cannot know your course's rules. Following them is your responsibility.

6. AI makes mistakes

The tasks teach you to check what your AI tool tells you, and that matters: AI tools can be wrong, even when they sound certain. Decisions you make with AI's help, at work or in your course, are yours. We do not promise any result at work or in your course.

7. The service is offered as it is

Our guided tasks are free today. We work to keep them running and your work safe, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything important.

8. Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible if you lose work or get a worse result at work or in your course because of our guided tasks. Nothing in these terms removes a right that the law says we cannot remove.

9. Ending your use

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may pause an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will show a notice on the site before the change applies.

11. Law and courts

Israeli law applies to these terms. The courts of Tel Aviv decide any dispute.
